I made this Japanese dish from standard ingredients that sold in AH.
Boil thin sliced pork or beef, then cool them down.
Served with vegetables with Rei-shabu sauce.
Sorts of Rei-shabu sauce are for example sesame taste, Miso taste and soy sauce taste.
